Don't read this entry if you suck.
"You're entitled to be a crab," she said pointedly, her hands curled around her bottle of iced tea. I described the tea as tasting like cloth, but good cloth, because it went down easy, like silk. She said she understood what I meant, but I'm not entirely sure she did. "You're dealing with life."
It feels more like life is dealing with me. I'm tired, but I don't want to sleep. I want to get up and move, but I don't want to be active. I can't sit here and think anymore, but I am. I don't want it to end, and I'm terrified of change, but I feel like change is necessary and change is what is going to save us. Just minor changes. Nothing too drastic or weird, I don't think I could take that. I can barely take this. Snapping out of a routine is awful.
AAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH - Charlie Brown style.
I think I need to be me for a while and do what I want to do. That may sound like something I should be doing every day, but it's not. And he understands that, and that's why we're going to be okay, together in the end.
It's going to snow today. Of course it is.

I gave you so much of me that there was nothing left.
if I could back
to the rain that fell inside
and drenched only me
I would tell myself
to let him
slam the door
And I would walk away
with myself
to get ice cream.

Bloglect.
If there were a Department of Social Services for blogs, my blog would have been found emaciated and eating dried pasta to survive. DSSfB would have taken it away, and I would have been like, "I'll git a job soon, I's swear it! Don' take mah bloggie!"
Anyway, after that ridiculously offensive rant, I must apologize to whoever still reads this thing for my absence. I forget I have a blog sometimes. But here is a quick update:
I found out I can take a yoga class midday here at UMD for nothing. I guess the cost of the gym is included in tuition, which isn't true at BSC. So on Wednesdays when I am sitting here bored stiff, I can scoot over to the gym and do some yoga. That's good news.
This semester is going to be a lot of work. My Web Authoring class looks super difficult and time-consuming, but I think if I keep up with the readings and the work it should be okay. I don't know a lick about web authoring, so it's really good that I'm taking a class because it seems to be a valuable skill in the world. Unlike the stupid skills I have already. BOOOOOO! Just kidding.
TDos and I are going away on the holiday weekend coming up. We're going to a bed and breakfast in Narragansett for a few days. It's not exactly a big trip, but it will give us an opportunity to unwind and just relax. Huzzah!
Okay, I'm starving and I can't type anymore without eating. See you later, blogerators.

My fake plastic love.
But I can't help the feeling
I could blow through the ceiling
If I just turn and run
And it wears me out
It wears me out
If I could be who you wanted all the time...
I am totally reminded of lazy afternoons in Bridgewater. Lazy, grey afternoons in early 2004. I wish I was there now.
